Valerian root is known for its soothing effect on the body. Cramp(s) and headaches and muscle pain are less intense with Valerian and are therefore less energy-consuming. Hop is known for its calming effect on the mind. Hops help reduce nervousness and insomnia. The combination of these two ingredients provides complete physical and mental relaxation.
Only to be used by people over 18 years of age as a supplement to the diet. A maximum of 1 to 2 capsules per 24 hours. Exceeding the maximum amount can have harmful consequences. Note: do not take with milk or protein drinks.
This is a dietary supplement and should be used as such. A balanced diet contains sufficient vitamins. This product claims to have no medicinal effect.
