All our products are legal in the Netherlands. However you are responsible to know about the legal status of our products in your country. Unfortunately we can not refund your money, if customs seized your package or if you provided us with incorrect address information.

If you want a replacement of a damaged product or a money refund, please notify us within 7 days through email, after you received the products to your address, so we can review if it meets our conditions for returns. Return policy.
